Therapy has very little risk! That’s not to say “none”. Uncomfortable emotions can rise during sessions. Therapy is for you if you want to learn skills, have someone to help you untangle messy thoughts or simply if you want someone to hear you. If you WANT to engage in therapy, therapy is for you.

Payments towards therapy occur on my HIPPA compliant electronic health record. You will receive a link to sign up and enter your credit card information. We charge your copayment, or responsibility the same day of your appointment.
Payments for retreats occur right on the website!

Therapy/Evaluations: There is a $75 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. You can cancel by calling my office at (412)397-8337 or by emailing me at: jenna@findyourpeacetherapy.com
Retreats: Full refunds are available up to two weeks prior to retreat date. After this period you are entitled to a 50% return up to 48 hours before. Otherwise you are welcome to transfer to another date. Transfers will not be eligible for refunds.

I offer virtual sessions across Pennsylvania, which take place by our virtual electronic health record, Simple Practice. To use with a phone, or Tablet you will need to download the Simple Practice App, otherwise you can simply click the link sent to your email prior to our appointment.
I have office space in a suburb right outside of Pittsburgh, in Moon Township. My retreats take place at The Lodge at Waters Edge, and occasionally at local hotel conference rooms. Therapy materials and refreshments are available at both locations to best meet your needs!
